Return Policy
Services:
All services are non-refundable. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results are the client’s responsibility.
Packages:
Unused or partially used packages may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. Any approved return will be adjusted based on services already used at full value. All package sales are otherwise final.
Retail Products:
If a client wishes to return an eligible product, the request must be made within 14 days of receipt. Credit will be issued once the product is returned and inspected. Defective products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days.
Reactions & Concerns:
Any reactions or concerns please report within 48–72 hours of purchase or treatment. Failure to notify within this timeframe may limit our ability to evaluate or provide accommodations.
